Le Patio comprises 3 lovely apartments in an old wine-grower's house in famous wine-growing area of Puligny-Montrachet. All apartments have been fully renovated using top quality materials. Les Folatières gîte is on 1st floor. Dining room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge area. On upper level: bedroom (queen-size bed). Shower room (walk-in shower). Ground floor: entrance hall and utility room shared with 2 other gîtes. All 3 can be rented together for maximum of 10 people. Cool/warm air system. Included in rent: bed linen, towels, cleaning at end of stay, heating, electricity. Public car park nearby. No outside area. Nearby: many wine tasting cellars and restaurants in the village. La Voie des Vignes cycle track between Beaune and Santenay. Lovely walks past the vineyards. A few kilometres away from Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines, with its world famous Hospices (UNESCO World Heritage site). Lots to see and do all year round: film festivals, Baroque music, Gardens, etc. Don't miss the Great Wine Route with famous wine villages such as Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet, etc. Beaune, côté Plage: 14,000 sq.m. of beaches, 4 natural swimming pools, climbing wall unique in France.

5/5Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement les Folatieres. Le logement est idéal pour un couple, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner et une literie impeccable.
Dénis et Valérie nous ont réservé un très bel accueil et ont été très utile dans leurs conseils pour élaborer nos visites.
Le village de Puligny Montrachet est très agréable et idéal pour découvrir la route des vins.

5/5A perfect Gite in a perfect village in the middle of some of the most famous vineyards in France.
Not large but incredibly well equipped. The kitchen is especially well provisioned.
The owners attention to detail is obvious. They are friendly & easy to communicate with.
