Shower room, separate WC. Tasteful décor, cosy atmosphere. Included in rent: electric heating, bed linen, towels, cleaning. Parking in street. Folding bed, high chair, pushchair on request. Ground floor: owners' garages. Nearby: Dijon, capital of Burgundy (classed as city of Artistic and Historical interest) with many cultural and gastronomic activities (museums, churches, cathedral, the Chouette discovery trail, future Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin, Michelin starred restaurants, etc.). Also nearby: Cîteaux abbey, the Clos de Vougeot, Beaune with its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site, as are the wine-growing 'Climats' on the Great Wine route. Many hiking/riding trails in nearby forests, alongside the Canal de Bourgogne or past vineyards. Several lakes and swimming pools within 10km: Arc-sur-Tille, Magny-sur-Tille, Dijon (Olympic pool), etc.

4.8/5L'accueil des propriétaires est très agréable et convivial. Le logement est très calme, propre et conforme au descriptif. Le chauffage fonctionne très bien, ce qui est très agréable en cette période de l'année. Je recommande vraiment ce logement.

3.5/5Logement très bien situé à côté de Dijon. Seule remarque : la qualité moyenne du lit et canapé, le ménage non fait côté cuisine ( sol et gazinière sales , le micro onde sale car absence de cloche à micro-ondes ), frigo trop petit ( mini frigo ). Très belle salle de bain et cuisine totalement équipée très fonctionnelle. Machine à laver pratique. Tranquillité de la campagne, hôtes accueillants.
