Detached stone country house set in a forest, on 3 levels. First floor: dining room - living room with old flagstones, fireplace and piano. Kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). Shower room, wc. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, the 2nd with 1 bed 140. Bathroom with toilet. The 2nd floor is a recently-created wooden extension with 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 160 and the other with 2 beds 90) and shower room with WC. Large plot in 10 ha of private forest. DVD player and small hi-fi system. Because of its isolation, the gîte is supplied with drinking water by a well with water purifier. 20-acre meadow with electric fencing for horses. Etang de Fouché 5 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, children's games, pedalos. Beaune 28 km away. Baby equipment: folding bed, high chair, changing mat and safety gate. Maximum 2 pets allowed.Charges and extras (not bookable online - direct with owner): Sheets: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €90. Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included).

De belles chambres bien exposées et équipées. Pour être absolument parfait nécessiterait un petit rajeunissement des pièces du RdC, tout particulièrement la salle de bain et la cuisine. L'accueil absolument charmant- Cleanliness 3/5

4.3/5Le moulin des bois est situé dans une clairière, en forêt, au calme. C’est très reposant.
La maison est spacieuse et agréable, bien équipée mais la literie est inégale et la salle de bain du 1 er étage mériterait une rénovation.
L’accueil est remarquable et on peut compter sur cette personne, particulièrement à l’écoute, tout au long du séjour.- Cleanliness 4/5
