First floor: characterful living room with Burgundy tiles, beams and wood-burning fireplace, communicating with the fully-equipped kitchen. Large 35 m² veranda housing the dining room, with lovely views over the garden. One bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200. Bathroom with WC.

First floor: one bedroom with a 140cm bed and one bedroom with a 160cm bed. Bathroom with WC. Large landing with 2nd living room for 2 additional sofa beds.

Tumble-dryer in outbuilding. Parking in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Terrace and 2500 m² enclosed garden with trees, at the rear of the house, with swing.

The owners offer a catering service at an additional cost. Transfer possible from Montbard and Venarey les Laumes train stations. Bicycles available. Complete baby equipment, including deckchair and stroller. For picnics, ice-cream maker and ice bread.

All shops in Epoisses 5 km away, famous for its famous cheese. Nearby: the medieval town of Semur en Auxois, MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey and Vézelay Basilica (Unesco World Heritage Site), the castles of Thil, Bussy Rabutin and Epoisses, Buffon's Forges, the caves of Arcy sur Cure, Flavigny sur Ozerain (one of France's most beautiful villages, famous for its aniseed), etc. Beautiful countryside with many hiking and biking trails in the vicinity.
