Live like a prince during your holiday in Burgundy with the Colombier and its outbuilding La Soue.
Le Colombier is a large family gîte in converted outbuilding of 18th century château of Arcelot.
Ground floor: character dining room (traditional décor, inset fireplace) with kitchen area, lounge (TV), bedroom (queen-size bed, own shower room), separate WC. Lovely staircase to upper floors.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms (3 queen-size beds, 2 single beds OR king-size bed), 2 shower rooms/WC.
Second floor: bedroom (2 single beds OR king-size bed), lounge/leisure area, shower room/WC, washing machine, bedroom (3 single beds OR king-size bed, single bed).
La Soue is an outbuilding at the entrance to the courtyard. It consists of a bedroom (140x200 bed), a bathroom, a lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2
Included in rent: oil-fired heating, firewood, electricity. Extra charge: cleaning at end of stay, provision of bed linen (duvets available, bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillow slips, if necessary).
Outdoors: 2 private, enclosed courtyard/garden areas at front and back of gîte (over 1,000 sq.m.). You can also wander freely around the château grounds (45 hectares) with small lake and landscaped garden, one of the first to be created in Burgundy, now a listed historical monument. Be sure to visit the château which has always belonged to the same family, with its large drawing room, chapel, etc. Arcelot 15km from Dijon, capital of Burgundy.

    Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme du logement qui a vraiment tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. Le traiteur a proximité est d'une grande gentillesse et nous a cuisiné de bons plats nous permettant de prendre du temps pour simplement nous retrouver. Le parc qui entoure le logement est à couper le souffle. Nous nous sommes fait de très bons souvenirs au Colombier et à la Soue.

    Très bon accueil, personnel à l'écoute. Hébergement très confortable et aménagé avec goût dans un très beau cadre, parc magnifique.

    (Un petit commentaire "pour proposer encore mieux" : agrandir le plan de travail de la cuisine, baisser la hauteur des placards sur le bar. Remplacer le canapé-lit du Gite de La Soue par un BZ plus confortable. Ce ne sont que des propositions... Sinon tout était parfais. Nous recommanderons cet hébergement.
