Lovely pine gypsy caravan (2-4 people) in private grounds (2,200 sq.m.) on edge of Morvan Regional Nature park. Optimal use of indoor space, tasteful décor. Practical kitchen (double ceramic hob). Queen-size bed, single bed with pull-out bed below. Shower room, separate WC. Covered terrace, fenced grounds (BBQ, garden furniture). Parking. Boules pitch. Electric heating & air-conditioning (charge based on actual consumption). Towel hire. Children's bikes available free-of-charge. Adult bikes: 6€/half-day, 10€/day,40€/week. Folding cot, high chair on request. Contact owner for overnight let: 110€ for 2 people, 15€ per extra person (NOT possible during school holidays). Breakfast included for overnight lets or every Saturday morning for longer stays. Shared swimming pool (9.2x3.7m), with mid-height shelter, swing. Ideally located near many cultural and leisure activities. Nearby: fishing in river Armançon 200m away (fishing permit available on-site). 500m from Bibracte-Alésia hiking/riding trail. 4km from cycle track alongside canal de Bourgogne. Pont lake 10km (beach, lifeguards, canoeing-kayaking, 12km hike around lake). Lovely medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois (12km). Within 30km radius: Alésia MuséoParc, château of Bussy-Rabutin, Fontenay abbey (UNESCO World Heritage site), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain (classed as one of the loveliest villages in France). Motorway exit 6km.
