Lake Panthier 12 km, beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing.ge, Burgundy stone house beutifully renovated, independent and adjoining another cottage. Ground floor : integrated kitchen with tiles, large dining room with Burgundy tiles, fireplace and old stove. 1st floor : 2 large bedrooms overlooking the valley with 1 bed 160each. The 3rd dbedroom with 2 beds in 90 twinned. 2 bathrooms. 2 independent WC. Central heating. Terrace. Large garden of 1000 m2 with private area. The entire land can be closed. Parking. Bed linnen provided. Baby equipment available. Coffee maker qith Nespresso capsules or compatible capsules. Possibility horses in the meadow. Lake Panthier 12 km , beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing. Bike road along the Canal de Bourgogne 4 km. A few kilometers, the medieval village of Châteauneuf en Auxois

5/5Gîte très agréable, bien équipé, décoré avec goût, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Situé dans un joli petit village paisible, repos et tranquillité assurés. Un grand terrain de jeux pour les enfants, très appréciable. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux des hôtes, que nous remercions pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité, ainsi que pour leurs petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Je recommande vivement le gîte où nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
