Large bedroom (queen-size bed) with Jacuzzi - sliding panel means you can choose to rent gîte without OR with Jacuzzi (surcharge 200€/stay). Shower room/WC (walk-in shower), separate WC. Large private south-facing terrace. Enclosed parking. Gîte on ground floor of owners' house (disabled access, separate entrance, private facilities). Underfloor heating. Cot, changing table, high chair, baby bath. Can be rented overnight (contact owners): 90€/night without Jacuzzi, 210€/night with Jacuzzi. Additional features (rose petals, candles, etc): 50€. Lots to see and do: sources of river Douix (unspoilt natural setting with open cave), sources of river Seine. Nid à la Caille lake (lifeguards in summer). Cycle track alongside Canal de Bourgogne. Medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, château of Bussy Rabutin, Alésia Museopark. Fontenay abbey (UNESCO World Heritage site). Montbard water sports centre.

4.5/5Accueil très chaleureux , une délicate attention à l'arrivée sur le plan de travail de la cuisine( un gâteau fait maison et une bouteille de vin local...surprise (très rare) et très appréciée) et un sms au cours de la semaine nous demandant si nous avions besoin de quelque chose et si tout allait bien. On ne peut souhaiter mieux!
