Lovely self-contained group gîte in old restored house at centre of village 2km from Nuits-St-Georges. Ground and 1st floors (Comblanchien stone floors). Kitchen, lounge (2 sofa beds), dining room. 4 bedrooms (double bed in each) including 1 on ground floor. 2 mezzanines (double bed) (4 single beds), crib, cot. Bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 4 WCs. Gas central heating (charge based on meter reading). Terrace, fenced garden (200 sq.m.). Storage area. Gîte has disabled access. Cleaning at end of stay possible (extra charge). Very nice renovation. GR1, GR2 long distance footpaths, Nuits-Saint-Georges. Cîteaux forest and Abbey. Château du Clos de Vougeot. Village hall nearby (contact the Mairie if you wish to hire it).
