Pleasant gîte ideally located 2km from Lac d'Aiguebelette and 5km from the village center of Novalaise, offering shops and daily services. Immediate, high-quality surroundings on the heights, in a quiet residential area. Functional furnishings and tasteful decor. Pleasant 600 m² garden with terrace and above-ground swimming pool (5m x 3m) not overlooked, dedicated to the gite. Electric vehicle recharging point (chargeable).
Gite on the first floor of the owners' house. Independent single-storey access with parking in front of the gite. Private terrace in front of the apartment and private 600 m2 fully fenced garden. Living room (living room-kitchen) with sofa bed for 2 people. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm). Bathroom (bath). Separate WC. Reinforced socket for electric vehicle (charging charge).

Gite bien aménagé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place, même plus que le descriptif (grille pain, bouilloire, sèche cheveux donc inutile de se charger ^^)
Le coin est super sympa, et le gite bien situé.

5/5le gîte est spacieux, confortable et propre. Le petit plus, le coin piscine !
les propriétaires sont très discrets mais disponibles si besoin. Le gîte est bien situé entre le lac et le village où l'on faire les courses sans problèmes et proche aussi de l'autoroute, sans que ce soit une gêne, pour se déplacer dans la région.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Location au calme et très bien équipée, propreté irréprochable, jardin avec piscine sans vis à vis, vu sur les montagnes . Propriétaires super sympa et discrets. Cela fait trois ans que nous prenons cette location toujours au top!!
