Renovated farmhouse adjoining owners'home with 2 self-contained gites (separate access & garden). L'Achatine is a spacious and comfortable accommodation for 11 people, on 2 floors. It has been tastefully restored with high quality materials. Ground floor : large living room (60 sq.m.) with lounge area (TV), dining area, kitchen area, lovely open views of the countryside with many fruit trees. Shower room. Separate Wc. Upstairs : hall, 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed) (3 bedrooms with double bed + single 80cm wide bed in each). Shower room. Separate Wc. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, electric one upstairs. Bed linen supplied free, cot on request. Outdoors : direct access to covered terrace (40 sq.m.) with garden furniture, barbecue. Garden shared with the 2nd gite. Wide parking. The 2nd gite on site can be booked jointly for a gathering of 15 people maximum (inside connecting door). On request, Christophe (the owner) will have pleasure to make you learn about the snail rearing. Lots of walks around. Close to the cities of L'Arbresle and Tarare, A89 motorway too (easily accessed).
