'Château de Charfetain' is a little piece of heaven in the Monts du Lyonnais region, a beautiful period residence also including owners' home and the gîte for 12 people (5 bedrooms). Character set of buildings, superb charming décor (large fireplaces, French-style ceilings, period furniture). On site, 2nd gîte (for 7 people) set on the manor farm, perfect for family/friends gatherings. Ground floor : entrance hall, large lounge, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, cellar, shower room including WC. 1st floor (several levels) : corridors, 5 bedrooms (1 family room for 5 people with 3 single beds, double bed, extra bed for child, private bathroom including WC), (2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds or large bed as needed in each, extra bed for child under 7), (1 bedroom with double bed), (1 bedroom with single bed). 2 shower rooms (1 is including WC), separate WC. Outdoors : private terrace with flowers, private garden and bowls alley, garden furniture, sunshade, barbecue, deck chairs, extensive shared grounds, table tennis, heated swimming-pool (available from April to October, shared with the owners & 2nd gîte), private fishing lake, chapel, parking. A reception room can also be hired for weddings (from April to October only). Accommodation for horses available (boxes). Cleaning at the end of stay included in rent.
