Gîte de Dalbepierre

For a stay or a weekend, with family or friends, a large, completely independent house set in its own grounds, with a breathtaking view over the Beaujolais region, the village of St Laurent d'Oingt and the vineyards. Georges, the owner, created all the wooden furniture and tastefully decorated the gîte, making it a very convivial and cheerful place to stay. The wood-burning stove adds an extra touch of comfort.

On the first floor, you'll find a large garage with ping-pong table, table soccer, blackboard, reading corner and armchairs, plus an independent toilet.
This space opens onto the courtyard and a small shaded terrace near the barbecue.
The grounds are enclosed, and vehicles can be parked directly underneath, keeping the space free for playing pétanque, for example.

First floor: spacious living room with sitting area and dining area (45 m2), fully-equipped kitchen.
4 bedrooms for 2 people (one with private shower room), 1 bedroom for 3 people, 1 family room for 4 people including a bunk bed.
Bathroom with toilet. Shower room in utility room. 1 toilet upstairs and 1 downstairs.

A balcony runs the length of the gîte, with views over the village of Saint-Laurent and its chapel, which is illuminated at weekends.

Heating package if required: €50/day. Cleaning fee at end of stay: 150 euros
