It has 6 bedrooms, enclosed grounds and a private swimming pool.

On the 1st floor, on one level: large living room (dining and sitting area, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen). Corridor. 4 bedrooms (3 with 1 double bed in each, 1 with 2 single beds). Bathroom (bath + shower, double washbasin). Separate toilet. Storage room.

Lower floor (with level access from outside): large games room (billiards on 1st level, shuffleboard on 2nd level accessible by a few steps). 2 windowless extra bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 wooden crib, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom (shower, double washbasin, indoor bike and elliptical trainer). WC (including washbasin). Laundry room (washing machine). Storage room with access to garage (garage does not allow vehicle parking).
Sheets not provided (rental possible at extra charge). Bathroom linen not provided (no rental possible).
Household linen provided (4 kitchen towels and 1 tablecloth). End-of-stay cleaning included in rental price.
