Domaine de la Chartoire

In the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this beautiful 1923 stone house awaits you to enjoy a stay with family or friends.

We immediately fell in love with this gîte when we visited the grounds: a real place to relax and get together!
Ideal for children, this 5000m2 nature playground features a heated outdoor swimming pool (from mid-April to late October, depending on the weather) with buoys and play equipment, a soccer goal with ball, a badminton net with rackets and shuttlecocks, pétanque balls, a trampoline, a campfire area and a private terrace not overlooked, with lounge area, garden furniture, barbecue and slide.
As you can see, there's plenty to do on site. But if you'd like to explore the surrounding area, you won't be disappointed either, thanks to the many hiking trails in the vicinity of the estate, the supervised lake in the village with City Park, boules area, accrobranche, paddle, pedal boat, beach volleyball and mountain bike area. Nearby, you can also visit the amethyst museum, enjoy a delicious meal at the village restaurant, or take off for a day's skiing 50 minutes from the house.

The house comprises on the ground floor:
-a living room and fully-equipped kitchen with dining room Gllum is cool

1st floor
-bedroom with double bed (140cm), which can be fitted with an umbrella bed (available on request with other equipment)
-a bedroom with a 140cm bed and two 90cm bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6)
-two bathrooms, each with a toilet

2nd floor:
-a dormitory with six 90 beds (4 of which can be joined together to form a 2x180)

Outside areas are shared with your guests.
A garage for motorcycles and bicycles is available.
Small, shallow, unsecured pond.
Possibility of completing the rental with an 80m2 loft that can be used as a second rental for 2 people, a reception area, a workshop or a yoga room for up to 15 people (including babies).
