Gîte of 230m² (ground floor + floor). On the ground floor, the cottage opens onto the living rooms: the living room with dining room & relaxation lounge area (TV, table football), the fully equipped kitchen with a piano to concoct good meals flat. At this level, there is a spacious bedroom with a 160 bed and a complete bathroom with shower & WC. The 1st floor consists of two bedrooms for two people (160 cm bed), an attic dormitory (arranged in the attic, ideal for teenagers - 2 90 cm beds & 1 140 cm bed), a bathroom and a an independent WC. The mezzanine is equipped with a convertible BZ that can be used as an extra bed. The 5th bedroom of the gîte is a suite which is located in the adjoining annex, with an independent entrance and a complete and private bathroom (1 bed 160, shower basin and WC) In the heart of the village, this typical old farmhouse of the Forez plain has been restored to offer you a comfortable stay with your tribe. You will have a beautiful closed courtyard of 1000m² where you can play a game of petanque, table tennis,... while the children are in the giant sandbox playing with the outdoor games: slide, garden house, soccer cage... To offer you moments of relaxation, Christian has converted the pretty covered chapi into a wellness area: a 6-seater SPA with a bar area. Your moments of sharing can continue around the brazier and its garden furniture. The interiors are just as spacious so that you can find yourself comfortably in the large living room (high ceilings, wooden frame, etc.) with equipment suitable for your group! To make your stay even more pleasant, utilities and heating are included.
