In the heart of the Praz de Lys-Sommand ski area and alpine pastures (altitude 1450m): 39m2 single-storey gîte on the first floor of the owners' chalet.
In winter, you can ski in and out from the gîte. Warm atmosphere and typical mountain decor.
Separate entrance on one level: entrance hatch with boot dryer and ski locker, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (TV, rapido sofa-bed for extra sleeping space 140x190cm), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm), bathroom (shower and toilet).
Garden, deckchairs, private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking under carport. Possibility of renting bed linen.
300m away: resort center, ski lifts, ski school, shops, cross-country ski trails.
Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) 12km, Taninges 10km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Geneva and Lac Léman 1h10 away by car, Annecy 1h15.
Numerous hiking trails in all seasons.

Séjour au coeur de la nature
5/5Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette station que nous connaissons plus pour le ski. Nous avons apprécié randonner, découvrir les pistes dévalées l'hiver et explorer les environs. Le gite est en plein coeur de la station. Il est agréable et parfait pour une famille de 4 ou 5 personnes.
