First floor (4-step access): kitchen, living room (sofa bed 2X90x200cm), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom with shower/WC. Central heating. Terrace in front of the gîte, garden at the back of the house with furniture and barbecue. Parking.
Close to vineyards (AOC Marin) and footpaths. Sheet rental available. Thonon/Evian spa towns 5km away (golf): beaches, water sports, marina. Bernex 15km, Châtel and Portes du Soleil 40km.
