The house is located in a large property including housing owners and another cottage (ref 176003), in a quiet area on the heights of Lake Annecy. View of the Château de Menthon and Mont-Veyrier. Access by a few steps from the parking.
Beautiful living room with integrated kitchen open to the living room (convertible sofa television, dining on high table with stools), French window giving access to the terrace and the garden.
Bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, French window onto the terrace, shower room / wc (walk-in shower).
Bed linen, house and towels provided. WiFi internet access.
Private terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Garden. Parking in the closed property.
Lake Annecy and its beaches at 1,5km, center of Menthon-Saint-Bernard with its shops at 700m (10-15min to d). Talloires 2.5km with its golf, its paragliding site (landing). Annecy 9km, Geneva 50km.
Ski: Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand) and Semnoz at 25km, small family resort of Montmin / Col de la Forclaz 12km. Plateau des Glières 35km (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking). Deposit + cleaning deposit requested by the owner.

5/5On peut dire que dans ce "pigeonnier", nous n'avons pas été pris pour des pigeons ! Tout est très propre, look moderne, bien équipé, bien organisé, parfait pour deux personnes. L'accueil par Catherine est très sympathique. La découverte du lac d'Annecy et de ses environs a été un vrai plaisir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

5/5Nous avons passés 15jours dans ce formidable pigeonnier, les photos correspondent exactement au lieu,nous avons été reçus par Catherine une personne formidable et de très bon conseil.Tous les équipements sont de qualités et en plus au calme,10 min à pied du centre ville ou vous trouverez plein de commerces et le lac pour vous baigner ou autre activités.Bon en bref nous recommandons à 100% et encore merci Catherine

Sufficient privacy.
Close to Annency, about 10km.
