Independent house of 50m² located in a quiet hamlet of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, on the heights of Lake Annecy. The gîte is laid out on the same level on the 1st floor (garage/owners' storage room on the ground floor). Owners' residence next to the house.
Entrance hall with cupboard, fitted kitchen open to the living room (sofa, television), bedroom with 1 160x200cm bed, shower room (shower, washing machine), separate wc.
Terrace on one level, at the back of the house with a view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. Garden furniture, barbecue. Private parking in the property. Courtyard and garden/ground shared with the owners.
Lake Annecy 6km away with a beautiful beach at Saint-Jorioz (swimming, windsurfing...). Shops in Saint-Jorioz. Annecy and its old town 15km away.
Semnoz resort (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, summer tobogganing, hiking) 20km away. Les Aravis (Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz resorts) at 1 hour. Many hikes and walks nearby.

5/5Trés bon accueil avec la propriétaire. Logement trés agréable pour deux avec petite terrasse extérieure. Tout confort, j'ai apprécié d avoir un lave linge. Le Lit est grand et bon matelas. La WiFi ne fonctionne pas toujours correctement. Le coin est calme et le gîte domine le lac d'Annecy, trés belle vue. Une place de parking est prévue. Séjour reposant avec plein de belles randos dans les environs. Tout reviendrons avec plaisir

5/5Excellent accueil ! Les propriétaires sont très agréables : attentionnés, présents si besoin et discrets.
Le gîte est très propre, meublé et décoré avec goût, il est tout à fait conforme à la description.
Géographiquement bien situé, nous avons pu visiter la région sans "souffrir" des encombrements routiers.

Tres bon séjour à St Eustache
5/5Très bon séjour dans ce gite à St Eustache. Dans les hauteurs au calme, avec le lac en contrebas. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. Les propriétaires accueillant. Idéal pour un couple. A recommander.

Belle vacances
5/5Endroit très reposant. Calme,avec une très belle vue sur le lac.
Pour les vélos l'électrique est préférable pour les personnes pas très sportives comme moi...car il y a 5 km 800 de grimpette depuis le bord du Lac.
