Located in a quiet hamlet, independent chalet of 98m² renovated around an old 1895 mazot which gives all its charm to this gîte.
Ground floor (level access): kitchen open to living room (DVD player), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140cm). Access to the closed terrace of 25m².
Garden level (level -1): bedroom 2 (2 90 cm beds), shower room, separate WC.
Garden furniture, barbecue on the enclosed terrace. Very warm atmosphere. Geothermal heating.
Thônes at 8 km, Annecy and Albertville at 28 km. Ski resort: La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and La Croix-Fry at 19 km.
Reduction for stays of 3 weeks -10%.
