Hillside overlooking Lake Geneva, Switzerland and the Jura, in a wine-growing village, 84 m² gîte on 2 levels (+ basement / garden level), adjoining the owners' home.
Raised ground floor: Equipped kitchen open to the living room. Cellar, separate WC.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 double bed, small balcony), bedroom 2 (1 double bed), bathroom / wc.
Garden level (lower level): laundry room (washing machine) with shower cabin + relaxation room / games (not heated in winter).
Heating cel. Private parking. Garden with garden furniture and electric barbecue. Set back from a village road.
Lake Geneva 4 km. Spa towns of Thonon-les-Bains 5km and Evian (golf) 4km: beaches, water sports, marinas. Ski: Bernex 15km, Châtel and the Portes du Soleil 35km. Stay 3 weeks -10%.

un agréable séjour
4/5Un hôte sympathique, discret mais disponible. Un gîte bien placé dans un cadre agréable, très calme malgré la proximité de la route, correctement équipé, bien qu'un peu juste pour les verres simples et les mugs. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le gros souci étant le wifi, quasi inexistant (seuls des appareils très récents et puissants peuvent le capter, dans certaines pièces seulement).

Séjour inoubliable en haute savoie
5/5Un propriétaire charmant. Une maison agréable avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman, de la pièce de vie ou de la chambre.
Un jardin à l abri des regards dont nous avons pu profiter car la météo était parfaite. Une situation parfaite du gîte pour aller aussi bien en montagne qu en Suisse, ou se balader près du lac. Superbe séjour
5/5Gîte très confortable avec une magnifique vue sur le lac.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire disponible et avec de bons conseils sur les visites aux alentours.
Le lac et la montagne font de cet endroit un lieu unique.
