50 m² attic gîte. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (2x90 sofa bed), bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 90 cm bed), shower room, WC. Central heating. Shared washing machine.
Balcony. Shared terrace and grounds.
On-site, the owners' children are winegrowers (AOC Marin). Lake Geneva 4 km away. Thonon-les-Bains 5 km, Evian (golf course) 4 km: beaches, water sports, marinas, thermal baths. Skiing at Bernex 15 km, Châtel and Portes du Soleil 40 km.
A maximum of 2 pets allowed in the gîte.
