Fully attic gîte of 50m² on the 2nd floor of a house with a second gîte on the same level as well as the owners' accommodation in the rest of the building. Old beams visible in the living room and in the gîte. Independent entrance, access by exterior and interior staircase, common to both gîtes.
Integrated kitchen open to the living room with bar area including 2 high stools and a dining area for 4 people. Living room with television and DVD player, convertible sofa and armchairs, view of the Semnoz.
Hallway - with large storage cupboard and small desk - opening onto the 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with 2 90x190cm beds; bedroom 2 with 1 160x200cm bed, 47cm television.
