Numerous hiking and mountain-biking trails depart from the gite. Private enclosed terrace of 50 M2 facing south, with garden furniture, relax and deckchairs, gas barbecue grill and plancha. Nearby: Etang du Péché 5 km away, medieval village of St-Pal-en-Chalencon (5 km), country music festival at Craponne-sur-Arzon (13 km). Play area for children aged 3 and over in Boisset. Country delicatessen and farm produce in Boisset. Bakery in Tiranges (2km), all shops and services in Craponne-sur-Arzon (13km).

Accessible on the 1st floor, the entrance is via the living room with kitchenette and sitting area (TV, DVD player, radio-CD, convertible sofa) extended by a corridor leading to 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a shower room and 1 separate toilet.

Air-conditioning and heating included in the price. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
