Located at the gates of Aurillac in a suburban area at the exit of the village of Naucelles, this single-storey gîte adjoining another gîte and a childminder's house benefits from an enclosed courtyard with terrace, garden furniture and plancha and private parking.
Nearby, you can go hiking in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, discover the Grand National Site of Puy Mary, visit the historic center of Aurillac and the medieval cities of Salers and Laroquebrou. You can also practice fishing at Lake Crandelles and many activities at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès (fishing, swimming, water activities, tree climbing, etc.).
You will have an integrated kitchen area, a living room with flat screen TV and wifi internet access, a bedroom with 2 80X200 beds that can be converted into 1 160X200 bed, a bedroom with 1 160X200 bed (beds made arrival), a bathroom (towels provided), a separate toilet and a laundry room. Electric heating by heat pump with reversible air conditioning included. Prices all charges included. Possibility of renting it with the adjoining gîte n°90.

Très bien, mieux en vrai
5/5Le gite se trouve en bord de route moyennement passante. Il y a une crèche à côté et un autre gite (occupé), nous n'avons pas entendu un seul bruit.
Le gîte est mieux en vrai que sur les photos.
Le séjour est très spacieux, la télé très grande, sa cuisine américaine est tout aussi spacieuse et rien ne manque. Il est appréciable que le linge de maison incluant torchons soit fourni.
Les lits sont confortables, on sent bien que tout est récent.
La déco est sobre et tout est très fonctionnel.
La douche à l'italienne est immense. Seul point, les WC (séparé) sont très hauts, c'est un détail.
L'espace extérieur est suffisant pour un BBQ en été avec salon de jardin. Etant parti en hiver, nous n'en avons pas profité.
Côté situation, il y a un parc pour les enfants à 10mn à pied, les commerces usuels sont à 5mn en voiture, peut être 20mn à pied (carrefour market, boulangerie, boucherie).
tout est de plain pied, donc peut convenir à une personne handicapée, il y a juste une petite marche extérieure.
Nous y retournerons volontiers lors d'un prochain séjour dans le cantal.

Petits bémols, wifi annoncée dans l'annonce mais ne fonctionne pas (clé mise à dispo au bout de 12 jours). Le canapé extérieur serait à changer.- Cleanliness 4/5

Désolée pour le Wifi .Nous avons tout mis en œuvre pour avoir un technicien qui n'a pas honoré ses rendez vous. Mais comme je vous l'avais dit. La clé 4G est arrivée le samedi avant le 15 AOUT et la boutique était fermée jusqu'au mercredi. Toutefois la connexion internet a été rétablie depuis votre départ. A l'extérieur des fauteuils qui ont été validé par Gîtes de France . Cordialement.
