Old 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated, adjoining the owners' house located in the small village of Ussel, between Murat and Saint-Flour in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park.
To discover nearby: numerous hiking and mountain bike trails, the Plomb du Cantal and the Prat de Bouc pass, the Garabit viaduct and the Grandval dam, the Super-Lioran ski resort 20 km away, the thermal spa of Chaudes-Aigues.
The house offers a private enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. You will have private parking, an independent storage room for bicycles with ski rack and boot/glove dryer as well as a closed garage for motorcycles 20m away.
On the ground floor, large living room with fireplace equipped with a stove (free wood), Orange TV, wifi internet access, connected sound bar, fully equipped open kitchen with central island, separate WC, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, a bedroom with 2 80x200 beds that can be twinned into a 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and its bathroom with private WC benefiting from a private enclosed terrace with a view of the church village Romanesque, bathroom, separate WC, reading and relaxation area with view of the church. Electric central heating included (heated floor on the ground floor and radiators upstairs). Beds made on arrival, linens provided.
