Overlooking the thermal spa resort of Chaudes-Aigues, this independent house from 2012 welcomes you in a quiet environment with a clear view of the valley.
Located between the Aubrac mountains and the Cantal mountains, this cottage is ideally placed for hiking (Truyère gorges, Bès gorges, Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, Aubrac plateau), swimming and water activities on the Mallet peninsula, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in Saint-Urcize and Super-Lioran as well as hydrotherapy at the Caleden fitness center in Chaudes-Aigues. You can also discover the cities of Saint-Flour and Laguiole, the Garabit viaduct and the Alleuze castle. The owner will be able to show you his farm and his Aubrac cow breeding and discover his farm products store.
This house benefits from open land with terrace and garden furniture. On the ground floor, dining room with fitted kitchen area, living room with fireplace (free wood) and flat screen TV, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Possibility of an additional bedroom with 1 double bed with supplement. Electric heating (flat rate €59/week from November to April). All charges included from May to October. Treatment package of €750 excluding high and very high seasons. Storage room for bicycles available.
