On this same level, a children's relaxation area, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Five steps down, a large master bedroom, in shades of green water, is composed of a 160*200 bed with bathroom and a private shower in the bedroom. To find the last four bedrooms, you have to take the stairs in the continuity of the living room. At the top, you arrive on a mezzanine overlooking the living room, which suggests that you enjoy a moment of conviviality during a game of billiards or table football according to everyone's desires. As an extension, you will discover the bedrooms organized as follows: a bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a second with 4 single beds (90*190) and the last two bedrooms in the attic, one of which has two single beds in 90*190 and finally the last one equipped with a 140*190 bed. A second bathroom and a toilet complete this floor. To benefit from the space dedicated to "well-being", you can go to the "basement" to enjoy a sauna and an open shower with sink.
