Fitted kitchen opening onto sitting/living room (direct access to terrace and garden), 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, cot), shower room, WC. Upper level (open stairs with half-width treads): mezzanine (ceiling height 1.6m) with sofa bed. Heating: electric and wood pellet. Gîte near river Ain, 300m from beach (NO lifeguards) opposite the Ile Chambod leisure centre with its many water-based activities.

Un bon séjour dans un petit village
5/5Une maison calme dans un beau village. On a beacoup aimé. Il faisait frais dans le gîte pendant des chaleurs. Il y a 2 grands lits + un lit bébé. Cuisine bien équipée. Machine à laver. Base nautique de Merpuis (location de pédalo, petite plage, aire de jeux) - 10 min à pied. Île Chambod - 15 min en voiture. Pour faire des courses - Intermarché à Neuville, 15 min en voiture. Les hôtes - très gentils, accueillants.

4/5Si la façade ne paye pas de mine, l'intérieur reserve un gîte de grande capacité, bien équipé et très calme. Idéal pour se reposer.
Beaucoup de choses à voir dans le secteur. Attention à la hauteur de porte à l'entrée .
