NICE PLACE BAD EXPERIENCE
1/5Very wellcoming owner and amazing villa, nevertheless our holiday was completely ruined by a major accident to the swimming pool which was out of order for half of the stay (2 weeks stay, 40 degrees, no air conditioning). Gite de France proposed us a ridicule compensation for this accident. We are extremely unsatisfied at this stage. We hope that Gite de France will understand what this is not a way of treating customers spending 4500 euro for a two weeks stay and propose a correct compensation. If this will not be solved correctly i will share this feedback with my entourage so that everyone in the company will avoid booking trough them.
