Un petit paradis

Nous sommes partis avec nos 2 enfants (6 et 9 ans) dans ce magnifique gîte au milieu d'un domaine paradisiaque. Un superbe gite au calme avec un accueil chaleureux de la part des très sympathiques propriétaires. Un gite irréprochable, un parfait agencement et une propreté parfaite. Nous vous le conseillons vivement !

Le Mas de Gasc

Après de nombreuses années d'utilisation de Gite, en France, nous avons été ravis d'avoir trouvé le Mas de Gascin dans la région des Cévennes.
C'est la situation idéale pour tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances où ils peuvent profiter du calme de la campagne et de toute la nature environnante. Bien que situé un peu à l'écart du village de Russan, de nombreuses attractions de cette région sont facilement accessibles en voiture.
Le gîte, lui-même, est dans un ordre impeccable avec tout ce qui est prévu pour profiter de votre séjour. Nos hôtes, Régine et Jean-Denis ont été très serviables et prévenants avec de nombreuses suggestions d'endroits à visiter tout en nous accueillant chaleureusement pendant notre séjour.
Nous recommandons très certainement ce gîte à tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances paisibles dans les Gorges du Gardon.
The Mas de Gasc

After many years of using Gite in France, we were delighted to have found the Mas de Gascin in the Cévennes region.
It is the ideal location for all those looking for a holiday where they can enjoy the calm of the countryside and all the surrounding nature. Although located a little away from the village of Russan, many attractions in this area are easily accessible by car.
The gite itself is in impeccable order with everything planned to enjoy your stay. Our hosts, Régine and Jean-Denis were very helpful and considerate with many suggestions of places to visit while welcoming us warmly during our stay.
We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in the Gorges du Gardon.

Cozy, quiet gite on a farm in the countryside

My wife and I stayed at this jeep for one month and it was absolutely perfect for us. not too big not too small, very quiet. Nice views of the countryside surrounding. Horses, sheep’s dogs, and a really nice swimming pool which we only used once because it was pretty early in the season.
The owners are close by but very nice and accommodating, and you weren’t really face-to-face with them out your front door. Lots of walks close by and you can walk down to the river if you wish. Jean-Denis et
Régine were super helpful in showing us around the area.
I would highly recommend this place, especially if you like to be out in the country where it’s quiet and you have a lot of room to move around. It’s about 20 minutes from Uzes by car at about five minutes to the small town of Russan, where there is only a bakery and a pizza place and a restaurant. really close to the gorge of gardon with her lots of hikes. The kitchen is pretty well furnished, and we made lots of good dinners there. There’s one good queen size bed in one bedroom, and two singles in another bedroom. Very enjoyable stay we really didn’t want to Leave.

Vacances réussies

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Régine et Jean-Denis, lesquels nous ont réservés un accueil très chaleureux. Le cadre est magnifique, joli terrain arboré et entouré par la garrigue et la piscine est immense. Le mas a été restauré avec beaucoup de goût. Vacances idéales pour les amateurs de nature et de calme tout en étant proches de Nîmes

Wonderful to pass relaxed holidays

Very friendly hosts who gave us a great welcome. The place is remote and situated within beautiful nature. Apart from three lovely horses who came by to visit every day, we saw a lot of wildlife like hares, squirrels, foxes and bats. We also enjoyed the songs of lots of birds and crickets while reading under the pine trees and drinking delicious wine. The swimming pool was very delightful with refreshing, yet not too cold water. Both the pool and the cottage were very clean. The house was equipped with everything necessary. Our son especially enjoyed the opportunity to play table tennis. As Nimes is nearby, we could also visit many sights. Hope to come back soon and thank you very much.

Haven for nature lovers

The wildlife you can see at this place, a small isolated farmstead, is mindblowing. You can see so much animals and plants, all characteristic of the garrigue landscape, at a walking distance: short toed eagle, European roller and bee-eater, hoopoe, many smaller song birds a.s.o. The fields are full of wild flowers and there's a wealth of butterflies and moths too. The place is very comfortable and well-equipped and it has a nice well-maintained swimming pool which you have for you alone. The owners are welcoming and unobtrusive but they will answer all your questions in a friendly and competent way. A great place to stay, most definitely and cities like Nîmes and Uzès are only a short drive away if you want to shop or eat out or see the sights. We loved it.
