The 'Poterie' gîte, a converted traditional farmhouse, set in the countryside, on the border of the Forest of Loches, is at 20 min from Chenonceaux, 10 min from the Sublaines exit of the A85 motorway. Ground floor: sitting rm. (sofa), kitchen, store, bedrm 1 (1 dble bed), wc, shower/wc. 1st floor: bedrm 2 (1 dble bed 160cm ), bedrm 3 (3 sgle beds), connected to bedrm 4 (2 sgle beds), shower/wc. Cot + highchair. Central heating (extra charge). Unfenced 5000 m² area, shaded (pond, covered terrace). Ideal for walks, jogging, mountain bikes. Optional firewood at extra charge. Old farm building, interior completely refurbished in 2008, with Touraine traditional materials. Lots of country charm. Gîte at the centre of a protected ladscape (organic farming near by) and at the edge of the forest. Ideal for walks in the countryside whilst close to the main tourist attractions (Chenonceaux at 20 min).

Jolie vue et balades dans la forêt juste à côté du gîte.

5/5Gite charmant et tres fonctionnel pour personne à mobilité réduite.
La forêt au bout du jardin permet de vivre en parfaite harmonie avec la nature.quel plaisir d'observer les nombreux oiseaux et autres animaux plus discrets.

5/5Un havre de paix au milieu d'un écrin de verdure : la forêt est toute proche et quand on a de la chance comme nous, on pourra apercevoir aux pieds de la terrasse lièvres et chevreuil, sans compter les innombrables oiseaux... La maison est spacieuse et confortable, dans son" jus", ce que nous adorons. La propriétaire et son fils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Seul petit bémol ( il faut bien en trouver un!) très peu de réseau,ce qui est bien pour se ressourcer.Bref, nous conservons l'adresse. À très vite.
